Izuku is quirkless. His dada had left him. His dad wrote a lot about alchemy. His dad wasn't able to use it but Izuku had read through the books as much as possible. He read them at least twice a day. He practised it doing it for months. He, unlike his father, was able to use alchemy. His mother died when he was 7 leaving him with the Bakugo's. Izuku spent the next four years practising his alchemy and transmutations. He found out about human transmutation when he was 8 and decided to bring his mother back. It cost him an arm and a leg but it failed. It brought something back just not his mother.

Life's been cruel to Izuku Midoriya. After having to bury his wife and daughter, his only other child gets put into a quirk-induced coma that they can't wake her up from. He shuts down, ignoring the outside world, refusing to let anyone in. He's terrified of the consequences it could bring if other people entered his life. The only person he can't push away is Bakugo. No matter how hard he tries, Bakugo keeps coming back, just trying to make sure Midoriya stays alive. When Bakugo's had enough, he forces Midoriya out of his bed and tries to help him through the pain. Turns out, all he needed was a little bit of hope to bring back some of the light in his eyes. ⚠️Death of loved ones ⚠️Language ⚠️Alcohol use
