The Shadows of the Sky

"Why am I in prison? Who are you, people?" I said.

"That's the same thing I want to ask you! Who sent you people? Where is the Princess of Allard's Dragon Kingdom?!?" said one of the guards that were translating what Prince Nicholas was signing.

"I'm not answering anything, just let me and my family go, we didn't do anything!" I said looking at both of them trying no to sound scared. Then I thought of what he said. "Dragon Kingdom? Is this supposed to be funny?" I said feeling confused.

The Prince came closer to me making me want to back away but then I remembered my hands had been handcuffed to the table. Once he was face to face with me his eye color changed from blue to a glowing icy blue.

"The only thing that's going to be funny is your ashes when I'm done burning you if you don't answer my questions! WHERE IS THE PRINCESS?" he shouted/rumbled out from inside.

My eyes widened in horror trying to comprehend what was happening.
