Depression and anxiety gets the best of us, but in this story 16 year old Kelsey Brooks world was flipped upside down when she had her very first baby at the age of 14 then 2 years later she hit depression and self-harm. 
       Her dad and brother passed away, she had nothing left but her mom and best friend Brooklyn. This is not your average story, it is not based on true events but it is touchy and some parts made me cry while writing them.

"Ever have one of those days where your whole world flips upside down?" I ask him, trying to explain without sounding crazy. "Yeah why?" this time he does shrug. "Well I'm having one of those days" I push off from the ground so that I'm now swinging.
