I glanced around, wondering what he thought he was doing. Part of me wanted to push him away out of embarrassment, but the other wanted him to stay. My shoulders relaxed as I realized that I felt safe here, in his arms. I closed my eyes, letting out an exhale as I felt him wrap his hands around my neck.
