Welcome to the Outer Banks, "Paradise on Earth" and its also where 16 year old Nixi lives with her grandfather. Both her parent got lost at sea when she was very young but her grandfather or Pops as everyone on the cut calls him is pretty much everyone surrogate grandfather. But when her friends, the "Pogues" as they call themselves come across a sunken boat they are suddenly turn into the Teenage Goonies.
