*Hobbit/Avengers Crossover*

"If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world. But, sad or merry, I must leave it now. Farewell."

"...whether you believe it or not, he [Bilbo] wept until his eyes were red and his voice was hoarse."

Thorin Oakenshield was reborn Heinz Kruger. He confronts Captain America on June 22, 1943 after joining Hydra. An organisation he is sure is harbouring his arkenstone.

Bilbo Baggins was reborn Everett Ross. He is a CIA operative and close friend of King T'Challa. Everett thought his past life of being a hobbit was just a hyper-realistic dream until he goes through Captain America's files and sees a black and white photo of the King Under the Mountain.

Now, if only there was a way to talk to this "Heinz Kruger".

*Um, actively not bothering to line up story plots from MCU movies because that's a little too much effort. Enjoy regardless*

A Maybank and A Cameron? It's almost like a modern Romeo and Juliet. It's forbidden for them to be together. Could be the end of the world. The stolen glances, the hidden feelings, the unspoken words, the secret meetings and the obvious hatred towards each other followed by constant conflicts and some hidden past that threatened them but there are always invisible strings tied and pulling them together no matter how hard the tides trying to pull and part them away from each other.
