Nova struggles to understand what is real and what is not. Nobody ever really let her know the difference considering she never let people know how much of the world she could see. She avoided people for the most part. Never knowing who was a hallucination. For some reason she couldn't seem to avoid Mason. The constant run-ins lead her to believe she is only imaging the beautiful boy with green eyes and curly brown hair.
