The Teacher Who Cared

"Sean is the only teacher who actually seems to genuinely care for his students. He sure as hell cares more then you." Mason told her

I loaded Jace into my car and we were off. Finally, we found Dean, Sitting on the railing of the freeway.

"Dean, kiddo, what's going on?" I yelled over the trafic

"They're all gone Sean. Shante, Mom, I have nobody left. Nothing left." Dean told me

"What do you mean your mother's gone?" I asked

"Sean she's so drunk 90% of the time she doesn't even know who the hell I am. I have nothing left to stay for."

"What about your friends Dean?"

"Ha, I have those? Last I checked they were all to busy blaming me for Shante." Dean cried

"Look Sean. You can't save everybody. Some souls were put on this earth by accident." Dean said as he jumped into the river

"Oh fuck no!" I yelled as I jumped in after him
