Nothing good happens on rainy nights.
Percy Morrison lives by one mantra, nothing good happens on rainy nights, ever. And yet there he was, outside a poorly kept house surrounded by police tape, swarmed with cops, nosy neighbors, bright red and blue lights, the whole nine yards, all with the rain pouring down on his head. Being a hyper specialist was never the man's plan, hell, being a hyper was never his plan. But people still needed The Guardian, and he needed to feed his kids.
Something felt different about this place however, it didn't feel like a normal murder scene. Something was different.
Nothing good happens on rainy nights.

Meanwhile, Vinicus Cauldwell enjoys the power he has as Murkbourne's most feared super-villain. For once, he can sit back and relax without being pestered by the police. That is, until Max arrives. Vinicus isn't happy about having to fight a child, but he can't let Max find out. After all, super-villains can't be "good people"... Can they? We can't all be born heroes. Unrealistic dreams that you'd fall asleep to, silently wishing for them to come true. At least, that was what these three teenagers thought. After each finding a strange alien artifact, the teens are suddenly thrusted into an intergalactic war. Alien species everywhere are trying to hunt down the most powerful weapons in the galaxy. And they are the ones in possession of it. When they run into a girl that claims to be from another planet, the three kids learn about the power given to them and the responsibilities that come along with it. Instantly, they are the most popular people in the galaxy. And for once, popularity couldn't feel more like a curse. There are a million possibilities. Possibilities that we don't get to travel. Possibilities that we don't get to see. Possibilities that can cause even the smallest changes. My possibility, well, let's just say that gifted teenagers, biological experimentation, mutants from another world and worldwide panic are a part of it and it's up to me and my friends to save it. I am no longer writing in this story, I became unhappy with how it came out but I am rewriting it because I fell in love with the idea so much so if you are new or recurring I ask you to read the new version I have coming out. Shades of Sonic (DISCONTINUED)
How did Sonic end up here? A cramped headspace, about maybe twelve forms with gods and parasites targeting all of them, and a family he never asked for but if given the chance wouldn't trade them for the world. Shall we rewind back to where he first became Super? That transformation- that... that first touch of his potential- it started everything. In a world where his "powerups" are sentient beings living inside his head, twelve forms came one at a time, first as voices in his head and uninvited annoying roommates, and then, as he made an effort to understand them and vice versa, he started seeing them as family. Follow Sonic's forms as they go throughout their adventures. In this story, Sonic's dignity becomes a reoccurring casualty, EXE and Fleetway become existential threats, and most of all, a found family is formed. None of them asked to be there, and Sonic never asked for them, but here they are- forming a family that cares for each other more than the members themselves like to admit. Expect bickering, arguments, trauma, upbringings, failures, chaos, and most of all, the unexpected. This is Sonic's head after all! What could possibly go wrong when you're inside this impulsive and reckless hero's body? Well...
