Long story short, he got knocked up by current ruler of the league of assassins, his "adoptive father's" baby mama. Talia al Ghul.

Isabelle has to take care of her brother now that they're alone with a stranger and in one of the most dangerous places. Isabelle feels like she's out of place in this whole situation.
