Ruby Steel is a thief. It's her addiction. It was like cocaine to a drug addict. She loves it. Craves it. But sometimes, just sometimes, she hates it. She hated it because it hurt her family. She's the very reason they had to leave their small town in Connecticut for New York City not long after Ruby got off of probation. While starting fresh, Ruby agreed to attend group meetings for thievery in hopes of getting her life back on track. However; this plan is a bust. Turns out a thievery addiction is just as bad as a drug addiction. But her group meetings did introduce her to the four people who were going to change her life. The real question is, will it change for the better? Or for the worst?
