The year is 2020. The world has seen the acquittal of U.S. President Donald Trump in an impeachment trial, the death of NBA legend Kobe Bryant, and the rapid spread of the coronavirus pandemic. Schools have been shut down, many are working from home or under different hours if they have not lost their jobs, and people are staying in their homes in an attempt to contain the spread of the disease. Bushfires threatening Australia, an Iranian General is killed, Iran launches missiles at Iraq, a Ukrainian flight crashes and kills 176, a pandemic is declared, the Dow plunges in the worst drop since 1987, the 2020 Summer Olympics are postponed until 2021, and the Indonesia volcano Krakatoa erupts... all before 1/4 of the year is over.
