In this story todoroki and deku have been hanging out since they were little and todoroki rival's bakugo to be deku's best friend which makes bakugo jealous of todoroki deku has 1 for all but is still very depressed and is still called quirkless and gets bullied (this is my first story sorry if it's bad)
