    The peaceful life of the small town of Inaba is disturbed by mysterious murders that occur whenever the fog sets in . 
    
    Victims are found hanging from telephone poles and antennas , no sign of being attacked by any weapon , no signs of being choked or poisoned , they are just dead with horrified expression forever frozen on their faces . 
    
    In the wake of these horrific murders , rumors began to spread in the quiet town of Inaba . People are linking the cause of death to supernatural and urban legends , and the police are powerless to do anything . the killer always seems to be one step ahead of them .
