It's 3054, and we all want to be proud, and say that's a wonderful time to be alive. If we were all free. With the government always on our heels, and disastrous scientists scattered around,  there's no freedom, anywhere. 

         So when an accident causes a teenage girl to have super powers, everyone wants their hands on her. The government will stop at nothing to get her, and the scientists want to run experiments on her, and even the girl's personal matters are not helping. 

        Little do they all know, there are many more who have been affected by the system, everywhere.

And somebody needs to set the record straight.* [Action #101] [Fantasy #2] :: cover credit goes to the lovely ATXNNA :: *heyo so this book is pretty old, some (a lot of) spelling mistakes, some (a lot of) plot holes, but if you're looking for some fast paced action and some sarcasm and some cliche romance you should honestly just go to the second book but yeah, this has got that, just with, you know, the glaring faults in the story line. Just a warning.

I am not your typical 16 year-old girl going around obsessing over boy bands and clothes, I can't obsess over those things on a daily when everyday I'm in fear that the government will take me in. I have superpowers. Not the superpowers like fake magic, real superpowers. Everyone would do absolutely anything to be me. But, I would trade my life with yours cause' I hate having this fear everyday. People fear me though. They're afraid that I'll hurt them, but would never hurt a soul. I believe that everyone is important in this world and can make a big difference unlike me. Telling somebody their a "nobody", "nothing" or "worthless" is something I would never do. I am different than anyone off the street. I have now been put in a spot that I have to fix by myself or the whole country could be in danger. In the beginning there were the embodiments of the elements, eventually they passed down there powers to the mortals making the species "Elementals" people who were meant to protect humanity.But the element of evil rebelled aganist the other elements killing most of them in the process the Big Six"Water,Fire,Air,Earth,Nature,and Spirtit" teamed up and defeated him banishing him to his own realm, one day he would return.It is the modern day, 15 year old boy Alaric Whiteshadow a fire elemental the chosen one, he gets taken to this Azanian camp to get trained to learn how to use his powers better.He then was told how he was meant to find the sword of his heritage "The Sword of Whiteshadow" Aka "Inferno" being forged since the beginning of the elements.He along with his two friends "Kade Lee" and "Amelia Crowe" must go on a quest to get the sword, but little do they know The element of evil is coming back, and The Sword is one of the only ways to defeat him and prevent him from making the elements go extinic.

Their sophomore year is just about to start and they decided to go shopping for new clothes for school and end up going into a magical store that they think is a 100% normal store. In this particular store, they each find a beautiful necklace that they think represents their personality. But what they don't know is that they actually just picked up an incredible, hard responsibility to handle. There are five different elements, death, fire, water, air, and life. Who will be there to help them on their journey? Or will they just have to tackle this on their own? Will they be able to rise to the responsibility? Or will they just crash and burn?

Alexia Lambre had never been a truly 'normal' girl, because she had always had the added 'bonus' of telekinesis. At least, some might call it a bonus. Alexia would call it a curse, because throughout her entire life she worried about someone finding out about it and taking her away. Someone did find out about it, but not the government like she assumed would happen. She was soon offered a place at what was called 'The School,' a place for people like her to learn about their powers. When she arrived though, she learned otherwise. She makes friends with the other kids, and they all join up against the scientists at the school, those that like to do tests and even experiments on them. Will the group ever escape the school? Or will the appearance of a new teen and 'experiment C' do them in?

Yet again Darkness is hungry for a war to end it all, but Light will always have troops at the ready. One girl. One kingdom. Eleven friends. Four Elements. There are two forces in the world, Light and Darkness, and when you side with Light, Darkness gets a stick up its ass and wants you to suffer. My friends and I, we roll with Light, you must know where that leads.... I have a kingdom to learn, powers to master, loud friends to keep in line, a boy that I'm messed up over, and above it all, Darkness to show whose boss. Not as easy as you might think, but this is MY story, and I know how it ends. Being a loyal follower of Light shows me the beauty in life and the devastation it can cause. Don't get me wrong, I love Light, but Darkness makes it hard to stay and fight. * Melody is weird. She's childish. She's awkward. And she's got boy issues she needs to work out. Mel will face evil like no other, but can she do it? Will the scales of Light and Darkness finally be tipped? How can one girl make a difference? There are a million possibilities. Possibilities that we don't get to travel. Possibilities that we don't get to see. Possibilities that can cause even the smallest changes. My possibility, well, let's just say that gifted teenagers, biological experimentation, mutants from another world and worldwide panic are a part of it and it's up to me and my friends to save it. I am no longer writing in this story, I became unhappy with how it came out but I am rewriting it because I fell in love with the idea so much so if you are new or recurring I ask you to read the new version I have coming out. I'm not like wonder woman, supergirl or catwoman. The only similarity we share is that we all have an extraordinary ability and are females. Many people would say having superpowers was a gift from god and the best thing that could ever happen to you. But not for me, being able to freeze time was more of a burden, because I couldn't control it and it had the worst timing to appear. I also didn't think about being a superhero and rescuing the world from the bad. The only thing I want is to be left alone and get over with my last year of high school. But of course everything came different and it all started with me attracting accidentally the attention of Reece Matthews. (cover made by Cjc8357)
