Kyle left in middle school while Fanboy and Chum-Chum were left with the rest of their childhood friends back in Galaxyhills. High school is now starting and the boys have matured a bit. No longer wearing underwear outside their hero costumes and now are trying their best to find their own way through this new scary school. But an old friend comes back, and Fanboy seems to take an odd interest to the friend.
