Starshine was born when Orion Pax became Optimus Prime. And having her as a sibling for Optimus was the happiest and horrifying day of his life. Taking care of his little sister during the war became a challenge for the Prime and he had no choice but to make sure she was prepared and trained for the threat that was growing on Cybertron.

Years of fighting the Decepticons, Starshine has always stayed beside her brother at any place when she was put into the field. When it was the final days of the war, Optimus sends his sister into a escape pod, in hopes that she would be safe and that Megatron has never learned of him having a sibling.

Years later, Starshine's escape pod crash landed on a strange planet. When she got out she noticed four rescue bots in front of her. Hearing that they were given a mission by Optimus Prime, her own brother. Learning of the escape pod crashing to earth, Optimus and his team ground bridged to the area, only to meet the rescue bots and his little sister. After reuniting and returning to their base, she never knew that meeting this mech would change her life that brought her to be more open and feel confident.
