Ladybug and Cat Noir are sixteen now. Hawk Moth is still fighting strong, and he's own superhero team now.
Ladybug has almost crumpled under the responsibility of saving Paris, she is angry and distant. Cat Noir is cynical and quiet, like he has lost all his personality.
They could hardly even be called at a team anymore. Paris' own heroes can hardly look each other in the eye, so how are they supposed to defend the city?
Can they grow stronger and push past their differences? Can Ladybug's family ever recover from the shock of their daughter lying to them, and can Cat Noir ever forgive his own father for every time Gabriel Agreste wronged his son?
And can the moody, miserable realist who is Cat Noir ever truly forget his feelings for Ladybug, the girl who crushed his heart?
