Domestic violence. It sounds less scary then it really is. How do I know right. Well I guess I've lived it, and it wasn't until I was 10 or 12 that I realised how serious it was.


When Sydney's mother decides that she needs a father, she will do anything for her daughter. But add a few years and there's a lot of domestic situations going on. Can Sydney and her mum escape Max, or will he just make it easy for them to go with a hit. She wanted to leave because she was scared and she was scared of leaving because of what people would say about a woman leaving her matrimonial home. At this point in her life and for the first time, she was going to make a decision for herself without caring so much about what people would say about her.
