It's funny really how much you can hide when you don't say a word, as much as people try to pry the answer out of your mouth, you refuse to open your lips. It's got to be a sad life, or so you would think.

Meet Demi Lovato, a not so average seventeen year old girl who literally has her life on mute. Out of the comfort of her own home and the protection of her laptop, Demi hasn't uttered a word since she was four or at least she wanted to, a peep would only come out her lips when necessary. But why? The only person to hear her screams is an online boy who has to deal with issues of his own. As much as he takes his life for granted, he hates how much she goes through when he causes everything to himself. Both of them are battling issues that none of them can deal with alone. But can they help cure each other? Can they mute the silent screams?
