After moving to Michigan with her family in 2014, Eliza Docherty's life becomes boring. She's insecure and lonely and she wants nothing more than to change that after everything she went through back home. She wants to see the world and to go back to Scotland and make memories like in the movies. But it's just so far out of her grasp, and in the present of 2018, she knows she needs to hold on whatever opportunities may arise.

That's why when the rising rock stars of Greta Van Fleet appear out of the ordinary, Eliza takes a spontaneous leap into their world on tour, writing songs for them and forming unforgettable bonds of friendship. Yet, there's one certain member that becomes more than just a friendship to Eliza Docherty, and she hopes that one day Samuel Kiszka with feel the same.
