Shark Girl - Twilight

(Inspired by "Soul Surfer" the movie)

Kailani was born to 2 die hard surfers. How could she not have salt water in her veins? She started learning how to surf when she was 3. The ocean is her home. When she caught her first wave, she knew she wanted to be a pro surfer; it was her calling. One day, she was out surfing at La Push beach with some friends. She was floating in the water on her board. No one saw it coming and everyone panicked when the shark attacked her. That day, Kailani thought she lost everything. Her future, her calling, her passion. But what if one particular person were to convince her that she hadn't lost everything? That she wasn't done surfing. He encouraged her to try again...and she did. And she would never be able to thank him enough.
