Atsuko (Akko) wasn't the only child that wanted to be a hero, her twin sister name Misaki (Misa) wanted to be a hero too, since they were admired from the #1 Pro Hero name All Might.
At age 5, they got their test and the results was Quirkless; that made their dreams crumbled down, knowing that they will never be heroes. Until they decided to move on and make another dream; and that was being a Witch, which got that inspiration from the one and only Famous Witch that makes everyone smile when they saw her show; Shiny Chariot.
At age 15, the twins moved to England to go to the famous Academy that all girls trained to become Witches, including Shiny Chariot, and that was called Luna Nova.
Their adventures was a bit extreme; they found the Shiny Rod and the Crystal Rod from the 2 sisters who used it for their shows, they were finding the words to complete the rods by traveling and fighting monsters, made friends who were there with them all the way, and so much more.
The twins made a wish once they found the last words for their rods to defeat the monster who was getting fed by negativity, and the rods went back up to the stars where they belong, and now there adventures are over...
... Or is it over?...
When there wasn't anymore shenanigans, what would happened if the little witches went to Japan, where Misa and Akko was born? What will happen if they went there as a trip to go to UA? I guess you have to find out on Misa and Akko's another adventure!
