18 year old Pernilla Evens gets accepted into a university in England. Great boyfriend, great aunt but her past still haunts her till this very day.

Pernilla tries to stay focused and determined to her education, but having a very bitchy roommate, getting to know her new friend Samy and everyone else is proving otherwise. Getting to see her dad again after 10 years makes her concentration more difficult to maintain. She then meets a student named Henry.

Henry Lander is an Irish boy born to Frederick Lynch and Thamia Lynch. He and his gang come up with a silly game and when the game then reflects on pernilla, Dave has to get pernilla in bed but Henry takes the bet instead. As tragic scenes come to surface a girl named Rebecca commits suicide and this uncovers secrets and a silly game that turned around to take someone's life .

Getting to know each other they uncover each others past and create a certain bond and he doesn't want to do it to her anymore because he realises that he has fallen in love with  her. She has fallen in love with him too. Henry tries to get rid her afraid  of giving in and Pernilla later on finds out that he only got to know her because of a bet his friends had made over her.
This drives her into an emotional rollercoaster. 
Henry then realise that he loves her too much to let her go.
