Danny Fenton is in love with the very famous Dash Baxter. Being only a 16 year old, Danny is very certain he is in love with the boy, regardless of what his parents say. Danny struggles after accidentally coming out to his parents about being gay, which they don't take very well. Danny's parents mistreat him and try to get him to like girls by any means necessary. Dash wasn't making things easy on Danny either. Danny feels like everything is hopeless, his parents won't accept him in his human form and he knows they'd never accept his ghost form. Danny is proclaimed "dead" by his parents after passing out from exhaustion after a long drawn out fight with a ghost. Do too his ghost half being unstable it causes his human half to appear deceased. Danny slipped into a comatose state and his ghost half glitched. Afraid that Danny may turn into a ghost like the ones they had been fighting they made a special coffin for him and they put deep in the ocean. Anyone who asked was told that they had held a private funeral and there was a fake grave with Danny's headstone on it as well. Someone finds the coffin, someone bat-like.
