"I'm sorry if I've come between you and our parents" I said feeling guilty of ruining their relationship and the cause of Stella's unhappiness.

"Well you should be. Because of you , I feel mum and dad love you more than me. I feel everything I care about is being stolen away from me...even Alex! " Stella yelled angrily

"I wish you weren't my sister. I wish everything would be as it was before you came into our lives. I wish you'd disappear like you never existed. I wish you had never been found." Her voice broke down and tears welled up my eyes as every word hit me so hard it felt like I was being stabbed.
she looked straight into my eyes. "I wish you'd just drop down and DIE"

Lyla's life changed the moment she found her real family. This changes the relationship between her and her twin sister Stella who doesn't want to acknowledge her as part of the family.
