The local police station in South Heart,North Dakota,  Receives letters in weird code every week with the symbol "Ì§§å¢ §å¥§" in the bottom right hand corner. The symbol matches up to the symbol cut into people's arms at crime scenes that have been occurring the week they revive a letter. They have tried everything to decipher the letter but nothing is matching up. An FBI agent from Texas arrives at the police station to help with the crimes, She is their key to decipher the letters. I can't keep the smile off my face as I take my seat on the plane. I slide my bag under the seat and lean back. I close my eyes and let a blissful smile grace my face.
