I originally wrote this story a year ago after reading a couple dystopian trilogies. Now that I look back on it it's kinda ironic considering the current situation.
Two friends(Jasper Grace Forge and Hugh Martin) go on a mission to find Jasper's mom after she mysteriously goes missing. All the while a virus outbreak is raging on. Not everything is what it seems or is it?

It's been five years since the plague struck. Leah knows there are other survivors, but she's avoiding them. She is doing just fine on her own. Surviving after everyone she knew died has made her physically strong and honed her intelligence, but she is emotionally devastated. He believes in the small town they have populated and its mission to save humanity from extinction. He and his small team of men find scattered people and bring them in. Over the last two centuries, women have fought for and won more and more rights, gaining equality with men. Society, law, and technology bolsters and enforces these rights, but now they are gone. Women's equality with men is over. There are just too few of them. They aren't lesser but greater, more important, more valuable than men. Men are expendable. Men can stay outside alone if they like, but all women must be brought inside the safety of the Colony and properly taken care of. James has been searching the area Leah lives in. ~Book 1~ ❄️not 100% like the movie. I'm gonna be adding my own reasons why Elliot and their mom aren't together. ❄️ Elizabeth (Ella) Oakley is a 15 almost 16 year old girl with a bunch of secrets. She is also Caleb's "sister". Since Bradly is an ass towards both Ella and Caleb they decided to join forces and stick together. Bradley (Brad) is 16 and also has secrets. He doesn't have friends and is kinda shy. He has a hatred in his heart towards the world and no one knows why. Caleb is 14. He is like Ella's brother. They sick up for each other and do fun things together. He loves his dad and doesn't see the wrong in most things. One day Caleb tells Ella that Bradley and him are going on a trip with their dad and that she should go. She said yes, of course. Little did she know, what started out the shooting lessons in the middle of the woods would turn into their worst nightmare. Bradley has to reveal some secrets along with Ella and he has to start using his brotherly love and instinct to survive. What happens when Ella discover the biggest secret the boys have.
