Why... why did it have to be him... he broke my heart 5 years ago and I had always wished to see him again... or so I thought. But seeing him after 5 excruciating long years just hurt...so much. I had never fully gotten over him after he had kissed me in 2nd grade and then a few minutes later had broken up with me saying that he liked a different girl in a school that he had transferred to. That was a long time ago when I still was a girl and was straight. Now I've changed so much he probably didn't even recognize me, heck my name is even different.... even if it is the same name as his.

The corner of his mouth tilts upward slightly. I smile again. A smile!? A tiny one, but still. "Hm. So I got you to smile, that's progress, yeah? Can I get your name now?" For the first ten years of my life I always imagined myself a princess. I always saw myself being an amazing, and beautiful person. Everyone saw me as a loving girl who just wanted happiness for everyone and only wanted to see people smile. Until the eleventh grade, when my crush Rayan Lopez called me ugly.
