Some villains aren't evil, just lost. Looking for a place to belong in the world. For example Jin Or Twice. A good man in a society that pushes the poor to become dangerous. All he looks for his someone to love, someone who cares for him.
Toga a girl who is misunderstood in the society finds herself in the same villainous organization as Twice. A villain and a lost soul here for each other.

When Toga suddenly arrives in Izuku's dorm, he's not quite sure what to think. There's a villain in his room. One probably armed with dangerous weapons of all sorts. But to his surprise, they actually end up getting along. It was almost as if her sadistic, psychopathic personality had vanished. Her visits started to increase, either to help him with homework, or just to chat. She didn't talk to him as if it was just a chore to be there for him. She actually seemed to enjoy listening to him. Even when he started to ramble from time to time. But he knew one thing. She wasn't just a villain. She was human. We may both have wings but I was called a villain and a mistake my whole life while my sister was called a little angel. It wasn't fair and I was certainly not about to let anyone have their way with me for long! Sick and Tired being called a villain as well as mistreat, I decided that there was nothing good left for me to stay in that god forsaken household. Everything was viewed through a black and white lens. You were either a Villain: evil to the core and the scum of the Earth or a Hero: good and just and incapable of any wrong or you were a civilian: nothing, collateral damage, spare pieces in this complex game known as life. I was deemed a Villain before I was even born, because of who my father was you see, and made the dreadful mistake of dreaming to be a Hero.
