WAR! A fierce army of rouge animals have been attacking small kingdoms in their quest for conquest. Led by the young cheetah BEN, son of Fuli and Azaad, leads these animals in their attacks while under the command of Zira, who recovered from her injuries, and is now ready for her revenge.

King Baliyo and Queen Zuri, rulers of the Tree of Life, have intercepted a message that they need to deliver to the residents of the Pridelands, knowing that it is important that they know so they can prepare for what is to come.

Prince Koda, along with Princesses Asha, and Leah, the offspring of Kovu and Kiara, have learned about the information that Baliyo and Zuri have obtained, so they ventured off to the Tree of Life, hoping that the information can help save their home from impending doom....
