Jaelyn had a happy life, but on the day of her birthday, she would be forced to learn how to survive on an undiscovered island.

Jaelyn, a doctor at New York City's #1 hospital, decides to take a trip back to her home in Fiji to spend time with her family for her birthday. While on the way to Fiji, the plane experiences complications and goes down over the Pacific ocean.

When Jaelyn becomes conscious again, she discovers that she is on a island unknown to civilization.

Both of her parents are super rich and try and see who can buy her the best expensive thing. Miranda really doesn't like to be fawned over..at all. She's really low key. One summer, her mom moves to Paris and wants her to fly down to visit her. On the plane ride there, she meets a super cute guy in first class. But then, things turn upside down...literally. The plane crashes and some of the people who survived are now stranded on an island. Is this how Miranda will spend her whole summer? Stuck on an island?
