Every human starts off with the concept of seeing no colors. Humans learn by breaking the code; the code being your soulmate. Most people see their first color by the age of 16.

Most.

Louis William Tomlinson was 28 now and the world was still colorless to him. His friends and family can all see color and tried their best to describe it to him, but he still couldn't see anything else besides black, white, and grey. That was it. That was his world.
That was his world until Eleanor Calder spilled paint on his shirt.
