Taking off their miraculous was necessary to win the fight against Hawkmoth. But as Marinette and Adrien stand facing one another, eyes closed to hide their identities from each other, Marinette finds the urge to open her eyes just too hard to fight.
She's fought off so many villains akumatized by Hawkmoth, and she managed to defeat them all, (with Chat Noirs help) but this fight, this battle against her own want to know who he is behind the mask is just too hard to handle.

This is a miraculous au where Marinette opens her eyes to see who Chat Noir really is behind the mask.

Almost every boy in her highschool likes her (yes including Adrien). So it's no surprise that the son of her parents close friends who has to live, work at the bakery, and attend school with her develop's feelings for her. And Gabriel is locked up in jail but the only ones who know why are the police, Ladybug aka Marinette, and Chat Noir aka Adrien. He would do anything to see that mysterious girl , but he also knows that she doesn't want him to know and respects that . Negative emotions sometimes overtake him , but tries to hide them , fearing that he will get akumatized .
