Being the only child of Mexican immigrants, Ezekiel Castro's life wasn't the best. It all changed for the worse when the love of his life slipped through his hands. He was sent to the hospital once his parents could no longer control the boy after he was exposed to drugs, violence, and things that no teenager should ever experience.

He meets Rosilyne at the hospital. She was different from everybody. Different. Perfect. She was like an angel sent from heaven. Her views and words about the cruel and dark world they live in was brighter than any light even though she came from a dark place as well.

They separate and reconnect years later, both with shocking surprises but their hearts and mind still the same.

This is a tale of a boss who is obsessed with protecting his unstable bright light. He'd do anything for her as she would him. Anything has an extent when she finds out about his secret life. He puts his family in danger, but what will happen when he can't do anything to keep them safe.
