It will include some gore/violence and a reasonable amount of cursing.
In an alternate universe to undertale, where monsters have trapped humans underground, we will follow Frisk a determined child who will free the humans.
(I do mess with some of the canon lore regarding powers and some other elements. This is an au so I will take liberties.)

Underopian
An Undertale AU with the setting being a dystopian city. You follow Frisk on their journey through the dangerous Underground, meeting friends and foes. Frisk also meet a mysterious character that follows and helps them throughout the Underground, although, it seems they may have strange intentions in the end. There are drug and alcohol use included as well as strong language which is why it's marked as mature. It's finally finished! I started this at the beginning of January and I got it done! I'm really happy with how it turned out and I hope you all like it too! This is the first story I'm writing so I'm not expecting a lot from it but I hope who ever finds it enjoys it! I'm also planning on making other stories from this. This will be the main canon story, but I am also planning on making an epilogue story of the Genocide route. It will be named as canon as well of what I have in mind right now, but things may change, who knows, see what happens when we get to it! They want to save him to erase all guilt and to be with their friend. But Asriel isn't the only one that needs to be saved. Something, someone lurks inside Frisk's soul. Someone deadly and has a hunger for power, and can kill anyone they want. A/N Frisk and Chara are both gender ambiguous in this story. What if there was an anomaly in the Underground? No, not Frisk. Not Chara either. Someone else entirely. How could a few measly children stand to this supposedly immortal foe and save the Underground from destruction? Is it even possible to do so? Only one way to tell... ~o0o~ Disclaimers before you start! •There is NO fanon ships. That means no Soriel, Papyton, etc. The only ships are Torgore (in the past) and Alphyne. •This is NOT an x reader. I dislike those types of stories. The reader will have no part in this, and they will not be shipped with anyone. •This exists outside of canon to an extreme. For example, Frisk is the second human and not the eighth. •There will be OCs, but only for a few humans and they still technically exist in normal Undertale. •There is a sequel. I'm planning on rewriting it after this one, as it is much more random and definitely needs it. Clanky, plot holes/retconning, etc. It's more of an OC thing, to explore them and their issues, than an Undertale thing, but it has its similarities. •There will be some explicitives. It won't be unnecessary or excessive, only when it fits the situation and character. I will not be using any slurs, as that's just plain disrespectful, even if some of them apply to me. Frisk has freed the monsters of the Underground. Finally, monster kind is allowed to return to the surface. It's been 3 years since then. Yet the monsters still struggle to find their place within the world. Most accept the monsters, but there are those who wish nothing more than the complete annihilation of monster kind. Merely sealing them away is not enough. As ambassador for the monsters, it is Frisk's responsibility to fight for everyone's right to live on the surface. But at the same time, an internal battle rages on within her. Not only that, her relationship with Sans is strained. Trust is not so easily regained after the slaughter of one's beloved, despite it all being erased. Or was it really?
