When you're hollow from their lies,
Their hesitancy leave you alone,
When your memories faded them and they keep giving you scars,
When your body become numb,
Your hands become white,
Your hearts gets stabbed,
Your soul gets drenched with the miseries,
Their laughing make you sick,
Their shadow trembles you,
Will you decide to leave?
Will you run away from them or keep embracing all the pain and miseries?

It does get better.
People say it will get better. But to be fair, most of them never were in your place. They say you will get happy again, but how can they know? I've struggled with trauma, mental illnesses, and self harm for many years. These are (mostly) poems - about me and my journey of getting better. ! As this is about self harm and other previously mentioned topics, it might be triggering. I don't glorify it in any way, though. I'm also not a native English speaker. If you find any mistakes, please tell me so I can improve.
Betrayed Recovery
Fourteen year-old girl named Asa, has had an alcoholic dad ever since she was born, things always changed to a downside in her life. Until one day she meets a boy she truly appreciates having in her life. Suddenly everything takes a turn backwards to where she started. Will Asa and the boy she loves with all her heart, stay together? This story contains topics such as self-harm, eating disorders, abusive parents, sexual assault. If you don't feel comfortable with these topics, do not read this AND THERE'S NO SMUT! So sorry if you don't enjoy this book or the writing of this story, i started this in 2023 april i wanted to make something specific with mental health and things might not make sense in what i wrote but i still hope you do enjoy it!! Evolution
There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally. I am putting this out for the whole world to see because I hope everyone will learn from my experience. People can see. We have no excuses to continue living our lives in ignorance. ...WARNING... A look into the mind of a BPD, Anxiety ridden woman. With no identity but her Panic. With my ways it's hard to keep down anything healthy, relationships that don't last but stay with me like my own personal demons. And evil around the corner you'd never see coming. The pain changes you. Trauma changes you. It strips you away from yourself. BPD strips away your identity sometimes I guess this is my way of finding myself again, through writing and reflecting and realizing it is okay to be hurting.
