Layla Blakely was your typical high school Barbie. She had all of the boys falling at her feet and every girl envied her and wanted to be her friend. But those days are over. Once her family was shot and killed she upped and left California. She keeps a low profile and tries to stay out of the spotlight. That is, until she meets mason Mason Brooks is a senior and quarterback of the football team. His sister died in a car accident and he blames himself. When he needed her most, his girlfriend of two years went and cheated on him leaving him brokenhearted. He is your typical player and leaves a trail of broken hearts wherever he goes. His motto is "I put my dick in, and keep my heart out" Its easier that way. Both Layla and Mason put up walls around themselves to keep from getting hurt. What happenes when they try to break down each others walls? You get broken hearts, sexual frustration, late night heart to hearts, and some crazy best friends along the way.
