[WORD COUNT:] 16,261 words Peter Parker has been living in an abusive orphanage ever since Aunt May passed away. Bullied and friendless, well except for Ned, life doesn't favor Peter's luck. Until he gets a Stark Internship, working with Tony Stark and the avengers. But how can Peter keep a secret with that mouth of his when making friends with billionaires and spies? This is bad and desperately in need of a rewrite. I solemnly swear that my other stories are better. [WARNING] Blood and violent injuries will be evident and described in further chapters, please read at your own risk. [DISCLAIMER] I don't own these characters, they belong to Marvel and maybe Sony. This was written by me for fun and I'm not making money off of it in any way. Credit for cover artwork is written in the corner.

Peter Parker's known for his entire life that things just don't work out for him. Not with an Uncle prone to violence and his apartment on the wrong side of run-down. He's made peace with that, used Spider-Man as an outlet for the hunger and bruises. But then Tony Stark shows up, dressed in an expensive suit and carrying an internship opportunity. Peter can balance that on top of everything. He can keep a secret, he knows he can. And keeping this from Tony Stark won't be much different. Won't it?
