A miraculous x greatest showman au (and some college au thrown in there). A sad start when Marinette Dupain-Cheng ends up living alone after a tragic accident. She starts a job at the famous Agreste circus to gain money and it is here she becomes face to face with a familiar boy, Adrien Agreste. Although she recognises him he can't return the favour as a mask covers her face, to him she is only known as Ladybug, the famous acrobat. If only he knew his close friend Marinette was the one he was falling for...

In this story, there is no magic, Chat Noir and Ladybug, as well as other characters, are in this story but they're not displayed with the miraculous/magic or akumatizations or anything like that. 

There is some adrienette, ladrien and ladynoir throughout this story but I have included a tiny bit of lukanette and adrigami in there too (sorry if you don't like those ships, I don't either, to be honest, but those relationships add a little more random detail to the storyline so why not).

At College François Dupont High School, Marinette Dupen-Cheng is your average 16 year old sophmore-well actually she's leads a double life as superhero Ladybug, but that's besides the point. With the production of Frozen happening, and not only is Marinette the costume designer, but playing a role, well with the handsome model Adrien Argeste playing opposite of her, and bad boy Luca Couffaine is also in the musical, not to mention her ladybug duties. Will Marinette be able to handle everything, or will she crack under all the pressure? Bad things happen when superheroes fall for civilians, but even with the threat of Hawk Moth looming around, Chat can't seem to stay away. Will the risks be worth it in the end? Hey guys, sorry I've been inactive for so long, not that many people read my stories on here anyway since I only have one. Now, for this story, I've been developing it for a while and I would like to share it with all of you. It's a story from a CGI animated cartoon called Miraculous Ladybug, yeah I know, I got sucked into it too hard so don't blame me guys, I need to write to feed my children 9(jk jk) Anyway, it's produced by Zag animations and owned by Thomas Astruc so don't sue me. Anyway, onto the summary of the story. Summary: Fate has a funny way of bringing things to an end. One day, you're connecting with your crush and actually making progress with him and then suddenly fate decided to end your story the next. For these two characters who can't recognize each other and can't catch a break. Will fate finally bestow its blessing of luck or will our two heroes find the truth the hard way and suffer the consequences of not going to an optometrist sooner, because seriously everyone in this cartoon is blind. (Warning: IF YOUR HEART CANNOT HANDLE IT, THERE'S A LOT OF FLUFF AND EMOTIONAL SCENES IN HERE, you have been warned)

Adrien had gotten into one of the biggest arguments he had ever had with his father, leading him to run from his home as his alter ego, Chat Noir. They had grown apart since his mother's disappearance. Adrien always tried to speak with his father and try but he was always busy or away. He finally snapped at his father. But where would he go for the night? He had to find someone he could trust. Marinette wasn't expecting Chat Noir to show up on her balcony with red eyes filled with tears. Her first thought after seeing him was the akumatized version of him, Chat Blanc. She immediately brings him inside, making it her job to help him. She was not going to let her partner become her worst nightmare. He needed some place to feel safe? She would become that. It became an everyday thing. Chat Noir would visit Marinette every day, they would talk about their days as Chat tried to keep his as dense as possible to not reveal his identity. They would play video games and eat food from the bakery. But what happens when something happens to Marinette that makes her break? Marinette has no where to go so Chat decides to be that place. This is my first real book so if it sucks sorry in advance hopefully the chapters will get better over time.
