Suffering with problems with her life in Shujin Academy, Y/N L/N, a second year student seemed to have see life in a different perspective or so. Well that changed until her counseling with Maruki began to happen. Maruki began to change her whole life around as if she felt relieved. Maruki was kind enough to show her the wonders of life but will he show that affectionate feelings back?
Major warning: Kind of may include an age gap, don't read if you don't like it. This is a work of fiction and none of it is real so no hate to this book please. Please don't try to attempt something like this in real life. Kawakami is datable but not much people talk about him 😔😔

Takuto Maruki has decided that people cannot be allowed to think for themselves, and that they should never have to feel pain, well, unless you interfere with his plan. After being thoroughly trounced by the Phantom Thieves, Maruki makes one last ditch attempt to break the theives, and kills Futaba. In his blind rage, Akira Kurusu, otherwise known as Joker takes matters into his own hands, and stops the mad God in his tracks. Time reverts to its original self, with Akechi dead and gone and Maruki and Futaba alive and well, and Akira in Juvinile Detention. After being freed from prison, he finds out that something went wrong when the timeline was restored. Futaba knows him not as her lover, but merely as his friend. Now Akira must find a way to cope with this new life in Hometown, while trying to juggle the return of the Metaverse, and Futaba tries to find her way through the complex feelings she has for Joker, but can't quite explain, as well as the dreams that almost feel like memories. Will she push through and recover her memories and her love? Or will she and Akira both fade into the Mementos of what they have lost. I took a couple liberties with events and the Timeline, but overall, I stayed fairly close to the original game's story.
