Poetry's Tale to Tell
One sample of my work (Note not all poems will be so serious, some are story like others are light hearted): "Every day, something happens... Someone gets bullied, Just because "They're different" "Nerdy" "Annoying" "Have no sense of fashion..." All those things are of unimportance...! Everyone has a choice, Don't let what someone says, change it! You could stand down... Watch as the victim pleads for help... That's the easy path, But is it the right one? Do you want that on your consciousness? The pain can be so bad... It takes a life... Then it's too late, Regret becomes your best mate... A depressing thought... Although. It doesn't have to be that way...! YOU can make it change! Stand tall, speak loud, Stand up for what is right! That one action... Can save a life...! You could make a friend, A REAL friend. Spread awareness and Right the wrong! Be brave! For those who suffer... You're not alone...! If there's no knight to slay The evil demons away... Find it within you, to be strong! If you get no help, save yourself! You deserve happiness, and it will come! For karma never forgets you! Nor your enemies... Once it comes around, it will go around... My head flooding with nothing other than the images of how I have touched your skin, kissed your lips, sipped your tongue, marked your body, owned your soul and made you mine several several times. The image of our naked body blending and molding with one another still fresh in every single fibre of my brain. "Do you?" She repeated. "No." You answered with a dead tone. Eyes blank. • She was broken piece of glass while he had the glue that could mend it together. • Kiara is a girl that wanted to fall in love. She knew she won't ever be offered a happy ending in her journey of unrequited love. Dhruv was a guy that was full of life. Encountered a situation where he was asked by his parents whether he would like to marry his friend Aditi? He didn't think anything wrong with it. How could it be? When your life partner ends up being your friend for years. Until he discovered each step taken towards Aditi was pulling him away from Kiara. Aditi has a dream of her wedding. A dream that she had seen in childhood. She is all set to make it a reality, but things aren't that easy. She has constantly fought with not only others but with herself as well. Her workaholic nature as well as fear of her past keep knocking on her door at frequent intervals. Harshad is an attractive guy, a charmer. His personality had always attracted ladies, but a girl that has the least interest in him pulled his attention. A guy that believed in dating and flirting suddenly wants to win Kiara's heart.
