But that all ends when Culver gets swooped by a magpie on a seemingly mundane trip to pick up some weed. A scratch and a peck, and suddenly he's growing wings and other avian attributes. And what's a boy supposed to do when he's suddenly a budget avian Spiderman and there are plenty of bad people causing havoc in the world? Well, be a superhero, of course. This is the story of a lazy suburban Birdboy (name pending), his friends and their journey to save the world, one swoop at a time.
