Ryan Star doesn't mind his job as an assassin. Yeah, it's hard to lie about his whereabouts to his brother, but the money is good and it's gotten easier to pull the trigger over the years. That's why he barely bats an eye when he's paid to assassinate the king of a small, modern kingdom. King Bo of the Cooper Kingdom, to be exact. However, the job doesn't go as planned, and Ryan finds himself actually starting to care for his target. A forbidden friendship forms between the assassin and the king, but as the months pass, they start to realize that their feelings might be more than platonic. How long can they push their love for one another down before they just can't do it anymore?
(My OCs Bo and Ryan are CONSTANTLY on my mind even though I should be focusing on the plot of the story that they're from because their relationship is very nice so uhhhhh here's some stories about them that may or may not make sense? I dunno, it's a clusterfuck but enjoy the ride and the enemies to lovers dynamic)
