Denki Kaminari is a happy and cheerful teenager like everyone else. Actually..He's not. He has depression, anxiety, ADHD, ADD, anorexia, he often has panic attacks over little things, his father abuses him, he cuts, he used to drink all the time, I could go on. No one has noticed anything wrong. Until a tall glass of water with purple hair comes along. Not Mineta. Ew. He got expelled (you could probably guess why) and Shinsou replaced him. And that's where our story begins..

Denki Kaminari is a student at UA high school, a school for aspiring heroes and the students there are very hardworking. However, despite getting into UA, everyone sees Denki as a bit stupid, his quirk doesn't help when he goes brain dead either. He hides behind a fake smile and laughs off all of their comments and stupid remarks, but they really hurt him. Aizawa sensei is like a father figure for Kaminari, his home life isn't great, so he sees Aizawa as more of a parental figure. This is good and all, but if he disappoints aizawa, he has a full on mental breakdown, because he's disappointed the one person he sees is there for him as a parental figure. However, it's the same with his friends, if he let's them down, he gets afraid they'll leave him and forget about him, so he has a breakdown because of that.
