Little does anyone know about the famous "Lost Village" or the evil that lies beneath its surface. Everyone who has lived there has either ended up dead or insane...or maybe both! Some things are meant to be hidden or silenced forever, due to the great harm that may cause if they get revealed. This is the story of a vanished region which is doomed to suffer its fate over and over again, while the darkness reigns. I'm writing this with the hope to share my thoughts and knowledge, so I can comfort my soul. If it can be comforted... I think not. Who am I? How do I fit in this dark tale? Well, that is something you'll find out later on. If I survive long enough to share it. This how it all started...

When her bright and busy children learn that a priceless ruby bracelet has been stolen and a six-figure reward is being offered, they convince her to try to do what the police, museum security, and the best private investigators have failed to do.
