Shawn feels all alone, he's sick and tired of failed love.. He wakes up one morning with a renewed look on his life and starts to distance himself from the one thing holding him back. He starts to feel like he made a mistake until he meets a girl that's just like him. She feels like him, Hurts like him, and Vibes like him.. This is the moment where this boy meets Royal, a cancer sick 17 year old girl, that has lived in a hospital her hole life, but still finds beauty and meaning in it. Through out the report the boy gets more and more involved in Royal's life, spending unfortunately moments together. But through out the journey he asks himself more and more.
