midoriya owns a cafe and in this cafe both heros and villains can come in here and are not allowed to fight while in here. He also has a policy called "you break it you pay for it"
Also in this version bakugou moves schools a little while before izuku was told that he was quirkless.

Her quirk allows her to send out a hurricane of power based on her emotions, create things out of an ink like substance and can call out giant tenticals, making her stronger than All might himself.
