The war was over. Megatron and his Decepticons had finally been defeated. 

Or so everyone thought. 

Ratchet was the first to notice that something wasn't right, but he never got the chance to say anything about it. After witnessing something he shouldn't have, he vanished without a trace, leaving everyone puzzled. 

Now he is at the mercy of those who still wish to follow in Megatron's footsteps. There was a whole legion of these unruly followers that went unnoticed by the new government, growing in secret as Cybertron became more populated. 

With the return of someone long since thought dead, Ratchet realizes that this could be the beginning of another war. 

Can he stop it before it's too late? Will he be able to warn Optimus in time?

Unwilling to execute Megatron for hate of killing yet another mech, Optimus devises a plan to hopefully change Megatron for the better. Now Starscream wages a vengeful one-man war between the Autobots and Decepticons. His plan involves the Eradicons, a new sub faction of Decepticons and the most powerful combiner team to date. Led by the obsessive Motormaster, who has only one goal in life: To kill Optimus to prove he is the king of the road. Now Earth is a complete war zone as it becomes a four-way struggle for control between the Autobots and the humans, Decepticons, Insecticons, and Starscream. As we draw near to the end of phase 1 with an ending that we all know and fear, can the Autobots win the most important battle of their lives?
