Your destiny was set in motion before you even realized. From a dream that began this path, you were given a power that changed your life unlike any other.

Since then, the burden of that power has weighed on you, but is something you are unable to let go. Given the choice to take a break from it all, you leave to an unfamiliar city. Unfortunately, such a thing doesn't come without a few interruptions.

As the next Wildcard is chosen, everything begins to unravel. The game of distorted desires has latched onto the world, and the Trickster must set it free. But maybe this life of fate and chance have always meant to bring you two together.

My Key Item (Joker X Futaba) Persona 5 Royal by Rydernort

After months of getting to know and love Futaba Sakura, knowing that she is the one he wants to spend the rest of his life with, it's all ripped away by one man. Takuto Maruki has decided that people cannot be allowed to think for themselves, and that they should never have to feel pain, well, unless you interfere with his plan. After being thoroughly trounced by the Phantom Thieves, Maruki makes one last ditch attempt to break the theives, and kills Futaba. In his blind rage, Akira Kurusu, otherwise known as Joker takes matters into his own hands, and stops the mad God in his tracks. Time reverts to its original self, with Akechi dead and gone and Maruki and Futaba alive and well, and Akira in Juvinile Detention. After being freed from prison, he finds out that something went wrong when the timeline was restored. Futaba knows him not as her lover, but merely as his friend. Now Akira must find a way to cope with this new life in Hometown, while trying to juggle the return of the Metaverse, and Futaba tries to find her way through the complex feelings she has for Joker, but can't quite explain, as well as the dreams that almost feel like memories. Will she push through and recover her memories and her love? Or will she and Akira both fade into the Mementos of what they have lost. I took a couple liberties with events and the Timeline, but overall, I stayed fairly close to the original game's story. This is a passion project that sprung to mind while driving, and now I'm hyperfixated... Welp, time to churn out a book. ENJOY READING IT!! (OC x Ren Amamiya) For as long she can remember, she lost her parents at a very young age and was raised and adopted by a Chinese-English speaking family that resides in Yongen Jaya along with her stepsister. She had learned how to speak Chinese and has managed really well in Kosei High thanks to her family until she was told that she had to transfer out of Kosei due to unknown reasons. Everyone around her in her current school were wary of her and she almost felt she didn't fit in until she met someone. Context: This is a rewritten fanfiction that was made back in 2019/2020(?). I wanted to restart because I didn't like how the story was going. This would include a lot of special things including spoilers and custom plots which is 100% original. As for the title, it would later be told in the story about the 'other live'. This story begins around the start of Kaneshiro arc, around June 21st. Even after defeating Kamoshida, negative feelings still lingered within Ann's mind. She cast them aside and contunued to grow stronger for her dear friend. Her strength showed with the process of taking Madarame down. However, there was one blockde in her mind that she couldn't understand. She constantly worked on making her own heart strong, but had no luck. That was until a new transfer student came along the way and caught her attention.....
